April 19th Good afternoon eveyone. it's finally getting warmer out there and actually nice to be out in the orchard. We're
making our way through the final pick-up of all the branches left from this winter's pruning and getting ready for that
beautiful apple blossoming. I've been working very hard at getting the licencing worked out for
our planned hard cider operation. Everything is going well and all the test batches of cider have been very good. Hopefully
by early October 2007 we'll be producing, bottling and selling our first batches of hard cider. Alcohol has always been
a passion of mine, and now maybe I can make it actually pay. That's all for now, but i'll continue
to keep you up to date on the season, which should be kicking off in Mid July with peaches. Thanks, Tim Harbo,
