Zestar!Hi everyone, It's been a little crazy lately, but everything is going really well at the orchard. One
of Minnesota's new apples, Zestar, is in and tasting great. As you may or may not know, one of the parent apples to Zestar
is Honeycrisp, so it's a very crisp, juicy and tasty apple. We've found most people seem to like it almost as much
if not as much as Honeycrisp. We've also started making Caramel Apple Pecan Pies as well as our new and equally
delicious Caramel Apple Pecan Cake. I can't remember spending so much time in the kitchen myself this early in the season.
My grandfather who was a cook and baker himself would be proud. I've got togo, but I hope to see you at the stand. Thank, Tim

PEACEH!BLUEBERRIES!CHERRIES!Hi again, We're off and running for the season
with some wonderful blueberries and cherries from Michigan and peaches from California. We'll be getting Michigan peaches
in at the end of next week which should also be a real treat. We're doing are best to keep up with the peach pie demand
because it seems that everyone agrees this is a good time to be eating peach pies. We've also started picking apples,
and you know what that means. Our caramel apple production will be under way this week. Larry has been working hard to get
our brand new packing line into operation, and the hard works paid off because he was out there using it today. Stop on in
and see it from our newly remodeled showroom. Hope to see you soon. Tim Harbo Welsh Heritage Farms
