Zestar have arrived! It's finally that time a year and Zestar and Esteval are now for sale at our store. Zestar is a descendant of Honeycrisp, and they have a lot of the same characteristics of Honeycrisp. Crisp, juicy but with a bolder flavor that will make you remember it. We've also got my favorite early season apple in, Esteval. Also very crisp like the Zestar, it has a mellower flavor that tends to dance across your taste-buds. And if you looking to make apple sauce this year don't look any further than Paula Red. Definitely one of the best apples for sauce around. Hope to see you soon.

If you haven't stopped out to Harbo Cider, it's now open with a great selection of Wisconsin cheeses and our very own traditional Hard Cider. It's a great cold beverage for those cold afternoon, with about 6% alcohol so its somewhere between a beer and a wine, but so very much its own thing. Stop on out and see what you think. Open Monday-Thursday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Friday 12 p.m.-7 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m.-6 p.m., and Sunday 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
